Debra joined Dart, Adamson & Donovan in 2005 and practices in the firm's litigation section. She was born and raised in Murray, Utah, and has been active in a number of legal and community service activities. In particular, Debra has served as the president of the Utah State Bar's Young Lawyer's Division, District Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association, Judge Pro Tempore for the Salt Lake City Justice Courts, and as a District Representative on the Murray City Economic Development Advisory Board.
