Tom has practiced law for over twenty years and specializes in the area of commercial law. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation and a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from broker-dealer litigation to the handling of licensing agreements. Tom was born and raised in Salt Lake City and is active in a variety of legal and civic activities.
